Pre-Orders
As a small, independent company, we manufacture in small batches. Preordering guarantees you get a pair on launch day without the risk of it selling out
After you've placed your order and your payment and shipping details have been verified, you will receive an Order Confirmation by email.
You will receive an email by August 1, 2026 to notify you when your order ships as well as tracking information.
Payments
We accept payment via PayPal, or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express).
You can also safely and easily pay via PayPal during checkout. At the end of the ordering process, you will be redirected to PayPal.
Shipping
Our items are personally shipped by from our warehouse in California.
Orders will be processed within 3 business days. You will be notified as soon as your order is shipped, and you will be given a tracking number. Unless otherwise specified when you place your order, we use UPS ground shipping on all domestic shipments. Shipping rates are determined at check out.
At this time we do not offer expedited shipping.
Returns
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, UNWORN items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. To qualify, the product(s) must include all original packaging materials and the original JANUARY shoe box.
Shipping fees are not refundable unless you receive the wrong or defective product.
All worn shoes are non-refundable
If you believe you received an incorrect, misrepresented, or defective item we do our best to process your refund swiftly. Please follow these simple steps:
1. Send us an email at shop@januarylife.co that informs us of your wish to return your purchase. For speediest processing, please include your name, telephone number, order number, and, where applicable, photographs documenting the damage or error.
2. Once your request is received and approved by our Customer Service team, we will send you a printable shipping label.
3. Refunds will be processed after the goods have been received by the dealer of origin. You are responsible for safely packing and shipping the item back to the dealer.
