Payments
We accept payment via PayPal, or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express).
Shipping
Our items are personally shipped by from our warehouse in California.
Orders will be processed within 3 business days (unless it is a pre-order which indicates the estimated ship date). You will be notified as soon as your order is shipped, and you will be given a tracking number. Unless otherwise specified when you place your order USPS ground shipping on all domestic shipments. Shipping rates are determined at check out.
At this time we do not offer expedited shipping.
Returns
If you are not completely happy with your order, eligible products may be returned in accordance with the following guidelines:
- Products must be returned in their original, unworn condition, including all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, a refund will be processed within three (3) business days of receipt, provided the product meets all return eligibility requirements.
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for your financial institution to post the refund to your account.
- Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
- We reserve the right to deny refunds for products that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
If you believe you received an incorrect or defective item we do our best to process your refund swiftly. Please follow these simple steps:
1. Send us an email at shop@januarylife.co that informs us of your wish to return your purchase. For speediest processing, please include your name, telephone number, order number, and, where applicable, photographs documenting the damage or error.
2. Once your request is received and approved by our Customer Service team, we will send you a printable shipping label.
3. Refunds will be processed after the goods have been received by the dealer of origin. You are responsible for safely packing and shipping the item back to the dealer.
