Refund policy

If you are not completely happy with your order, eligible products may be returned in accordance with the following guidelines:

  • Products must be returned in their original, unworn condition, including all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.
  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, a refund will be processed within three (3) business days of receipt, provided the product meets all return eligibility requirements.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for your financial institution to post the refund to your account.
  • Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
  • We reserve the right to deny refunds for products that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
